What We Collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email address, phone, billing/shipping details, country/region.
  • Account & course data: login credentials, profile details, course progress, lesson completions, support requests.
  • Purchase & payment: products purchased, price, currency, invoices/receipts (card data handled by our payment processors).
  • Marketing preferences: email subscription status, consent and opt-in/opt-out history.
  • Technical & usage: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, cookies and similar technologies.
  • User content: messages you send us, survey responses, testimonials, uploaded media, and (if enabled) blog comments.

Sensitive information: We do not seek to collect health or other sensitive information. Please do not submit such information via forms or email.

How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you opt in, create an account, purchase an offer, access a Program, submit forms or contact support.

How We Use Information

Third Parties We Use (Disclosure)

We share information with service providers who help us operate:

  • Course & website platform: Kajabi (and Wistia for video), and/or WordPress for the marketing site.
  • Payments: Stripe and/or Kajabi Payments (and, where offered, PayPal/BNPL providers). We do not store full card details.
  • Email delivery & marketing: Kajabi Email (sequences, broadcasts) and transactional email services.
  • Analytics & performance: tools such as Google Analytics and CDN/performance vendors.
  • Customer support & forms: contact forms, helpdesk or chat tools (if enabled).

We disclose only what’s necessary for each service to perform its function, under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.

Overseas Disclosures

Some providers store or process data outside Australia (including the United States and other jurisdictions). We take reasonable steps to ensure such recipients handle personal information consistently with the APPs.

Marketing Choices

  • Course delivery by email: The Programs are delivered by email. If you opt out of marketing emails, you may still receive essential service/transactional communications.
  • Unsubscribe: Use the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or update preferences via your account (where available).
  • Consent records: We record opt-in events (e.g., “Start my 50 Days” form submits) so we can deliver the course emails you requested.

Access, Correction & Your Rights
